I love these short videos so many ideas to steal and make your own. My ulcer hates the spicey chilli, but i love it and will live with the burn it causes. butter milk shakes helps, 1 pint vanilla ice cream, 1 cup buttermilk, 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon lime juice.
