One thing that Maria of Gentle Whispering ASMR does is: she does a video in English, and then a repeat of the same video in Russian. That's something you might want to consider doing with English and German, especially with popular videos such as this one. This video is a classic!

i like listening to the german videos for sleepytime.. i don’t understand anything, but that’s why it works; otherwise a part of me is trying to understand what you’re saying
