C4D somehow lacks a way to scale uniformly on a single object. I decided to use a Python tag to add that functionality. Here's how I did it. You can also download the preset for free if you don't want to write out the code.

**Edit** The preset is now available for download on my Gumroad page:

Chapters:
0:00 - Introduction
0:38 - The Problem
1:16 - Writing the code
5:21 - The Benefits
5:56 - About the Preset
7:53 - See you next time

There is an easier way. You can highlight the names of all 3 scale axis X, Y and Z, type say 0.5 into X field and CTRL + Enter and it will put 0.5 in all 3 axis. You can also hold down CTRL and drag one of the values to interactively change it and it will affect all 3 fields the same way.
