NBA Free Agency is upon us and stars are avoiding Lebron James and the Los Angeles Lakers. Why is this so? Does it have to do more with LeBron, or is there something else that we fans don't know. Paul George, Klay Thompson, & now Demar Derozan. All big name free agents who didn't want to come play with Bron and AD.

Lebron is way more selfish than Jordan, but not as selfish as Kobe shooting wise but more selfish as a teammate than both. Here's why: Jordan played in a system where everyone touches the ball. Lebron can't do that because he is too ball dominant and wants to control everything. This extends to beyond the games where no teammate is safe if he wants a trade, big time free agents and coaches dont want to be scapegoated which is an LBJ pattern, LBJ also does not want to be coached. He is extremely passive aggressive as a teammate. He is not actually pass first, KD even called this out. He does pass more than average yes and hes great at it, but its often after massaging the ball the whole shot clock. Thats why his teams lack ball movement.

Also remember free agents dont really want to play with him because he makes them adjust to him, he doesnt adjust. In Klay Thompsons case he wouldve fit perfectly yes, DeRozan wouldn't though because he likes to create off the dribble. Lebron would have him spotting up more, though they would work well on the break together. Lastly people dont love the drama that comes with playing with him. Another thing KD called out. Being a Laker over exposed Lebron flaws and without the winning, players aren't willing to put up with it anymore.

Yeah Bron is not selfish at all. All those teammates he didnt trade away. Taking that massive pay cut this season, forcing his son to stay in college and really earn his draft spot.

lmao lebron's like that obsolete upper management that won't ever let go, everyone's jus putting up with his old ass at this point

I'll respect him more when he retires, oh wait nvm, I will never respect him with his nepotism ass putting JJ and Bronny in the positions they don't deserve

This might be the most revisionist take of NBA history I've heard

In the last 3 or so years, LeBron has really gone a long way to taint his legacy, fortunately he hasn't done anything we haven't seen before in our lives, maybe it's new to basketball but we've all seen nepotism and ego before in other areas of our lives, so when he does eventually retire and leaves the public eye, time and nostalgia will gloss over a lot of this stuff, but still, it does show his true colours unfortunately.

Bro the Big Three Celtics didnt conspire to team up together. They were assembled by trades by the Celtics management. BIG DIFFERENCE. This is when Lebron started acting like a GM instead of a player. He conspired with wade and bosh to create a super team to game the NBA in his favor. That along with quiting Cleveland and leaving to Miami, the Decision, and the Avenger like team reveal is why people dislike him. Before that players would generally stay with their franchises and build to get better. It wasnt Garnett or Allen that asked to go to Boston their franchises decided to trade them.

I am tired of hearing Lebron needs more help from star players. He might as well make an all star team to prove he is the goat. Bahahaha

Look youre not the nbas all time leading scorer and youre a pass first guy. Lebrons basic assists at rhe top if the key which inflate his assist numbers. Or the drive and kicks doesnt mean hes a pass first player, if he was he woukd look more like stockton or jason kidd.

LeBron is not a pass first player. The comparisons to Magic are superficial, illusory. He is far more akin to Shaq, dominating with size, power, and speed. The reason a Klay Thompson might not want to play with LeBron reason as such: Dwyane Wade led a 5 seed Heat to a title before LeBron even sniffed the Finals. How is he regarded now by media and sycophantic stans? And great as he is, what resume does Klay walk in with? Will the media and culture treat him better than Kyrie if they fail? And if they fail, will the blame fall on the broad shoulders of the self-styled greatest to do it? Age is no excuse. DeRozan just took a deal roughly in line with Miles Bridges, a guy charged with serious crimes who has done nothing more than go back to back 40 in consecutive Losses. The Magic is wearing off. Players are seeing before casual fans what has been apparent for some time: no amount of advertising can elevate LeBron to that elite tier of players where MJ and Kobe reside. Calling them selfish is a stain. Passing to Udonis Haslem for the last shot is only a step above throwing the ball out of bounds. Put simply: LeBron has never been what he has been advertised to be, and when he fails, it is always the next guys fault. Who wants to sign up to be that next guy? Shoutout to Dwyane Wade. However diminished his legacy becomes in the media, I will always remember him as one of the all-time great guards to play this game.

If you say LeBron James isn't selfish and you don't know basketball.. DeMar DeRozan is the worst fit other than Westbrook if you create your own space handle the ball and the assist you generate for your teammates is generally on The fast break or on the inside and not spot up you automatically can't play with him he's unforgiving when a play doesn't go the way it's supposed to and he's not the focal point. And he's a spacing nightmare for everyone other than a spot u shooter and a slasher with great rhythm wade is an elete slasher and Irving is an elete spot up shooter from 3 it's not until you do those things for LeBron that he or his teams allow you to ball Handel on any REAL level 😂 also his frame makes it so that if you're having a hard game you can literally come in and take your job 1-5 😂 sure it makes him look good but it makes those players look terrible 💯

Mj averaged 5 assists for a career for as shooting guard and had more average assists then lebron ever had in a winning finals series at 11.4 in 1991. So the very beginning of your video is based off a invalid opinion
