This is the thing because you see yourself in the mirror and just in everyday activitys its such a slow rate of growth you kind of adapt to seeing yourself that way so dont actually notice it so much (obviously not including when you start training and growth is more rapid and noticeable) sometimes i have people notice it and mention it more than i actually notice myself

Honestly I'd your ewting the protein training hard and sleeping you can notice tiny changes every day in my opinion but only if you like really hyper focus on specific areas
