All You Can Eat JAPANESE EGG Buffet & BEST Ramen Noodles in Tokyo!

This was a very unique all-you-can-eat experience. $11 Japanese raw egg buffet allowed me to taste the different local eggs. Also, the ramen shop I went to had the BEST noodle texture.

Japanese eggs are produced under the strictest control in the world, so you never get sick, and they are quite rich and not smelly at all. Although it may seem strange to many people, but when you try it, it's not bad at all. And since it can be made simply by putting it on rice, it's understandable why it's a common dish in Japan.

At Fu-unji, I would also recommend the dipping ramen since the soup ramen is a tad bit too salty for my liking. Also, for those who don’t want to get in that line outside, try their restaurant at the underground mall of Tokyo station. You won’t have to wait and it will taste exactly the same.

That 'white wasabi' is probably _wasabizuke_ which is wasabi leaves, stems and roots pickled in _sake-kasu_ which are the remains of sake brewing (sake lees).
If you like _oden_ you should try different varieties from various regions as they usually have unique types of _dashi_ and ingredients.

Mapo tofu is my choice of food when I want to pig out in private but when I saw that sizzling bowl with the knife cut noodles, I called DoorDash instantly!😋👍🏽

that egg buffet was cool, never seen anything like it, be great for putting on mass.

I eat raw egg yolks all the time here in Georgia. free range chicken produce the most orange egg yolks, which is the most nutrient dense. eggs are super healthy if sourced correctly.

Here is a fun little fact concerning egg yolks, the color of them is influenced by what the laying hen has in their diet. If I ever get the chance, I'll be most assuredly paying that egg buffet establishment a visit, at least once.
