I had to change phones my galaxy S9 was experiencing random shutoffs with the battery and sometimes crashed apps I got a Oneplus 9 which I’m really enjoying but I’ll admit the galaxy s9 will always hold a place on the list of best phones I ever owned. Maybe in 2022 I’ll get it out of my closet get a new screen protecter replace the battery and get a new case sell it and itl be a perfect phone for someone who needs it. I’ll always think of that phone as one of my favorite Samsung phones I had

if you are on a budget then you can consider it… it will be an ok phone until late 2022/ early 2023 (that is around when i will buy a new phone)

now that u mentioned abt the earpiece speaker being less noisy our not loud is true for 2nd hand phone my 2nd s9 was dropped at the bottom rightand top left were bit cracked on the front glass, the earpiece doenst make much sound though. For my main s9 which has shattered glass almost the entire screen it still works great. Im happy i got both cracked phone for sooo cheap

Using S9 as my main phone. Personally, i don't mind One UI 2 with Android 10. There's still a lot of features. My S9 earpiece speaker still sounds loud, I can easily notice the sound coming from it, so I assume you may have a defected device. Everything still doing well except the battery life, but thank god I'm not heavy user when I'm outside. So i usually rarely ran out of juice at the end of the day.
