WHAT IS WRONG WITH BRITANNIA ??

I have made this film hopefully to help Allister Hughes the ACE Trains service agent in Scotland find the root cause of failure of my ACE TRAINS Britannia class locomotive Moray Firth . The loco had been poorly for some time drawing 25 volts / 3 amps and motor overheating leading to loss of power and fusion. I eventually got round to sending away to Edinburgh and Allister confirming the motor fault obtained a replacement from Len Mills of ACE TRAINS .I picked up the loco on Tuesday ; ran it on Wednesday and it completely failed on first run on the Thursday morning the same previous faults beginning to appear which terminated in what seems a complete crunch up of the inner gearing .I have a feeling there must be something wrong with the gearing that has been over taxing the motor all along ; but hope Allister can establish the root cause .Has anyone else had similar problems with their Britannias ?

No fault on my Iron Duke, Graeme, and it has had some fair amount of use.
