Amazing video, I was struggling this year finding players and I'll try to ask for less potential and current ability as you do. I was scouting by countries, I'll try regions. Thank you!!!

I don't scout by full regions, as some of them are quite large, but do a "mini region" sort of scouting. So I'll scout "Iberia" and it will be Spain and Portugal. "Beneden" is Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, "Bosporus" Is Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, and so on. Have a scout who knows one (or more) of those countries, with good adaptability and decent determination, that way they will learn the adjacent countries faster. I like the scouting changes, I just wish SI had been a bit more detailed on them...

Might be a bit late on the World Cup themes, but I was listening to a podcast about the 1930 World Cup and the most popular formation was 2-3-2-3. I think it would be a fun off the wall tactic to do if you could find any success in it lol

Great video my Brudda! What i will say though is definitely assign the scouts yourself. I initially left it to automatically assign and i was getting a few recommendations but not much. I then assigned myself and i am getting much more players being scouted

Wow! Amazing! I tried to do the same thing as what I was doing in 22, I found that the game just stops some of my focuses and duplicating some others when I left the duration on "Ongoing". I'll try this one later on.
