#1 is covered by Apocalypse. Two schools, secret societies (the Satanist who secretly control the world's nukes and build the bunkers), etc. #2 "Urban Legends" is in a few seasons. Axe Man of New Orleans, the guy with two faces in Freak Show, Twisty the Clown... Bloody Mary, is in American Horror Stories directly.

If you want some recs for the first one. I suggest watching The Order. I might not be the scariest but it is extremely thrilling. It includes two secret societies (The Knights of St. Christopher and The Hermetic Order of the Blue Rose) and many gruesome rituals. Not to mention, there is a lot of blood…

Just a thought, there should be movies for each creepy pasta, considering they're just characters you see in a fandom, but them actually having movies and whatnot would be interesting
