Hi, So I've noticed quite a bit of noise in my videos (I have a gaming channel) lately and I'm wondering if these settings could possibly fix that? I've been doing 8 for Target Bitrate and 12 for Max Bitrate. Also, for preset, I haven't been clicking on "Source-High Bitrate, but I have been doing most of the other things listed in this video.

I REALLY need some help here because if this doesn't fix my noise/grain problem, I don't know what to do to fix it and I work so hard on each video (so many long hours of editing each one), it sucks that it doesn't look as good as I know it can.

Btw, my videos are in 1080p60fps. Maybe I should learn more about how to use adobe after affects even though I don't even have it.
