This home in particular is located near Jug Mountain Golf Course which has golfing, mountain biking and nordic ski trails that are easily accessible. McCall is a town that caters to every outdoor activity imaginable.
The 11 acres also has a 3,600 sq ft. barn that was built in 1938 and is on the Historic Barn Registry. sad to see historic family farms being gobbled up by out of state buyers. this recent trend is crushing the local economy, sending property values thru the roof and inflating the cost of living. Native Idahoans cant afford to by property in Idaho anymore. especially in Valley county!!! 😞

I’ve 40 acres with a remodeled old house, creek, good size barn, old buildings, solar panels, greenhouse and more near Union, MO I’d be happy to let go for 1.6 mil.

2.7 mil for 11 acres and a small aged house? Ouch… hopefully the housing bubble will pop soon and knock off a few hundred thousands dollars. The revamped interior is beautiful, but still not worth the price lol

The housing bubble has officially popped. The “COVID work from home market is done”. All who bought high are about to go upside down… 😂

It's not worth it and because it's a ski resort is going to be crowded especially down in town this is only beautiful if you're young enough to take care of it otherwise it's not worth and besides one good fire and that'll all change

Prices in Idaho are way out of control……but that is because people from California…Seattle……and Oregon have driven the prices up……but what goes up will eventually slide down…..👍🏻👎🏻👍🏻👎🏻👍🏻👎🏻
