A person can only work from home permanently if they have a small family and a large house with an extra room or two to hold a desk, a computer or two, a printer or two and filing cabinets. If their spouse is also working from home the house needs to be even larger. This requires an income in the top 5% of the population. To have this working arrangement on an income of under six figures and in a small house is problematic. Many couples only avoid divorce because they do not see each other much. Thus there could be an increase in divorces in working from home.
