You can also read books, play with cards, draw with pencils, listen to nature's sounds and go to bed earlier. It's the natural way of life and not this antinatural lifestyle we live now. If you can't get used to it, do it gradually or one day a week. The result? It will make so much more happy and stressfree!

A person doesn't need to be in the country to be off-grid. I live in a big city and am more off-grid than most of the YT people who profess to be. And I still have a toilet and running water.
