IOSH is delighted to partner with CIPD, the professional body for HR and people development, in developing its four-part webinar series on organisational and personal resilience, entitled ‘Caring Through Covid’.

The series, which runs through November and December and into the new year, sees IOSH team up with a number of key partners to focus on different aspects of this overall theme.

This second session in the series will consider the importance of ‘Helping colleagues to stay connected’ as they work through the pandemic and its various lockdowns, often working from home (or, as some would have it, ‘living at work’).

Mindful of the increased number of people working remotely, the webinar will share ideas/experience/advice on the benefits to all of keeping staff motivated and engaged with the corporate vision, especially during lockdown and usually when working alone.

The format for the free webinar – which is open to IOSH and CIPD members and any business or individual with an interest in health and wellbeing at work - will be a panel discussion and Q&A.

The webinar will be hosted by IOSH President Elect Louise Hosking and we're delighted to welcome Ben Willmott, Head of Public Policy at CIPD. Ben will be joined by Ruth Wilkinson, Head of Health and Safety at IOSH.

Host:
Louise Hosking, IOSH President Elect

Panel:
Ben Willmott, Head of Public Policy, CIPD
Ruth Wilkinson, Head of Health and Safety, IOSH
