I’m with Kenny ....but this might not go too far other than a small settlement of about 40K which won’t matter to the seller once this place is sold.

The realtor has a video on youtube about this home and said that Kenny Chesney's old cabin is on the property. The video about the house was put out yesterday on YouTube.
