One of closest comparison I've seen. Very similar mics, but I agree that the Audio Technica seems to have better high frequency response, giving it that nice airy sound.

They sound extremely similar. The difference is too small to say one sounds better than the other, you just need to decide if you want to split the hair on the warmth side (Lewitt) or clarity side (AT). Nobody will say you sound worse for using one over the other.
