How to make a Greek Coffee metrio

My first try to make a greek coffee. You need:
- Greek coffee, 5g / cup
- Sugar (Glykos), 5g / cop for medium sweet (metrio)
- Water, aprox. 40ml / cup
- and a Briki

Stir only one time. After the first boil, don't stir. Wait 2 minutes, until the coffee flour has settled down. Enjoy your greek coffe. But always have a rest in the cup!

Sweetnes:
Without sugar: Sketos
Medium sweet: Metrio
Sweet: Glykos

You 've burnt it. Do not let it boil, just heat till it's lifted a microfoam.

I agree. You've burnt it! its got suger in it. you got to stir it while its warming up!
