They don't make em like this anymore. All they build today is boring CVTs. Such a shame. Give us a proper torque converter automatic like this car has. These proper 4 speeds feel really mechanical and nice, I want this back.

I miss and I kinda dont miss my old Eclipse. It was a money pit, but I enjoyed driving it around.

My dad used to race his (a 1995) with a Race engine and custom manifold, but now it's rusted and in need of serious repair. I hope I can restore it in the future.

This was my first car. I drive a corvette now, but the 1999 mitsubishi eclipse was the best for getting around in heavy traffic, especially where a dangerous drive was present. Drunks, crazies, the eclipse was the best for driving home heavy city bar traffic. Thank you for this. :) What a great era we live in. :) Mine was exactly like this car except it was white with a black leather bra and oz rims.
