When scheduling a meeting, your users will see the Webinar option on the Calendar drop-down menu in Teams (desktop/web).

Good afternoon, I have a very interesting question, I hope you will read it. I would like my company's employees to use sharepoint online to store documents and other types of material, but I noticed one big minus is the download speed is very slow can we do something? at the moment, employees use the server, but I would like the business to use microsoft sharepoint online. how can I solve the problem with fast file downloads in order to abandon the server. Thanks🙂👍

Hi Giuliano - the old Teams Webinar version had an option for a different start time for presenters/organizers than the registrants. We used this time to check the technology etc. I don't see that option on the new version. Am I missing it somewhere?

Hi, Giuliano I have been using MS Teams webinar for past 4-5 months and had a few queries. Do you know who I can ensure that participants cannot see other participants during the webinar

Hi Giuliano
In the old Webinar experience, SP lists were automatically created for each webinar. They contained the attendees as well as other information about the webinar. I used to load these into Power BI to have one central report for "Webinar Analytics". With the new webinar experience, I can't see these SP lists anymore. Do you know where the data is stored?
I'm aware that I can download the Excel file with attendees but I want to avoid this manual step. Cheers!
