30:30 DCF is the right approach, just gotta stick the right numbers. Using LT treasury as a discount rate to compare across diff cos. But what you pay has to be significantly less than treasury rate discounted result of a NPV.

No sense in using higher discount rate (CAPM) because of beta (industry volatility). $1 of cashflow is $1 of cashflow no matter whether it comes from AI biz, paper biz, or from lending to the government (if we knew what the future actually is in each case)
