It also means Leandros will never advance in rank to command his own company, join the Victrix guard or earn a place as a Tetrarch. He will never join the honour guard, and despite being a Space Marine his brothers will allways be hesitant in his presence, his donning of the Emperors black distancing him somewhat from the brotherhood Marines usually enjoy.

The Chapter put Leandros exactly where he was supposed to be. And the moment Demitrian Titus becomes Captain again, Leandros will be subservient to him once more.
