One thing I never hear people talking about when The Green Mile comes up is what an incredibly faithful and accurate adaptation of the novel it is. I can't think of a film that adapts a story from another medium that was more faithful to its source material.

I liked all of Snyder’s movies. With the exception of Justice League being messed up by WB and JW, the rest of the movies listed were great

Putting Zack Snyder and Kevin Smith in this list is a horrible mistake that makes no sense. Snyder perfected his visual style with his later films, especially Watchmen and Man of Steel are much better movies than his first one. Arguably his best movie is Watchmen with being almost completely faithful to one of the greatest comic books ever made. And we are yet to see his Justice League version, because theatrial version mostly reshot by Joss Whedon and doesn't count. Also Kevin Smith's later movies Chasing Amy, Dogma, Mallrats are vastly superior to his first movie Clerks.
