“OPOLAR” USB fan review. Three years later it’s still awesome!

This would be perfect to put in my entertainment center on my PS5 so it doesn't overheat.
There's not much air flow in the entertainment center and the PS5 puts out as much heat as a small heater. My PS5 literally destroyed a new Vizio TV from the amount of heat that comes out of the back of the system. This fan would be able to plug directly into the back of the system now and keep the air flowing.

Of the many portable fans I have, this one is the best when it comes to long lasting battery and strongest wind that can be produced by a portable fab.

I agree. They are great fans. I have the 4" and 8". The 4" doesn't have the 4th variable speed option, but I rarely use it on mine anyway.

Does it support passthrough charging? Where you can charge the device and run it at the same time

Pretty cool fan. I should get something like that for my semi. I have been sleeping with a fan for a number of years I enjoy the air movement and can't sleep until the temp is just right. I had to sleep once without a fan around and it was hell. It was too quiet and not having the air movement really sucked. With the product reviews lately, you would be great on QVC doing live demonstrations. Are you grilling anything this weekend? I am hoping to get some wood grill pellets for my Pit Boss and do some grilling soon. Have a great weekend Sir Keep crushing it...

just plug a usb c cable in and connect it to a powerbank which will charge the fan while its operating and u can leave it on high setting throughout the night.

Great long-term review sir. A quick question. Does it run on max speed (or any other speed) while charging it or does it only run on battery? A have different battery powered fans and some of them run on max speed while charging while some of them only run on the lowest speed. However, none of them has 8 inch blade. Thus, I'm thinking of buying this one only if it runs at maximum speed while charging it. Looking forward to your reply. Love from UK.

I don't like items with internal batteries though because once the batteries start getting weak you might as well throw the whole thing away.

Hi, the opolar fans are excellent functionally and battery life, but of the four I bought similar to you, two of fans have blades that have cracked across the hub for no apparent reason and are now useless.

honestly that doesn't look very powerful. I had a tornado clip fan that blew like hair dryer on high. But it uses a 12v cigarette lighter plug. My work truck's lighter socket is broken and I'm having a really hard time finding a powerful fan that's rechargeable and can last 6 hours

Why would they go by a different name? Then that would be another brand of fan don't you think so ? Anyway the price went way up i guess because of Bob wells recomending it
