Can we just talk about the dryness that poor bulldog has on his nose. It's basically caused from bad breeding and money hungry breeders breeding for aesthetic only and not the overall health of the dog.
His nose is dry because his tongue can't reach his nose to keep it moist. He also has far to many wrinkles and loose skin so most likely suffers with bacterial and yeast infections.
Not to mention the fact she's feeding him processed food thats not appropriate for most humans let alone dogs.
Enjoy your monstrosity if you truly loved dogs you'd be learning the importance of function over show and how show breeders single handedly destroyed pure bred dogs.
