Sounds real smooth. Just wish they mic the speakers as well since all we’re hearing is the sound of the amp post DI.

Dude, i plugged up one of these at my local pawn shop.
I wheeled it over to the wall outlet and plugged it in.
I used an old Fender Precision bass, a red one.. it was real dirty and had old strings on it. Was probably over priced.
The hartke may have been 700$
And the bass 600$ lol
But i played it and it sounded so good..
Low. I used treble bass and wow..
Then i sculpted a low range cream and everything in there rattled and vibrated like the apocalypse!!
So much vibration...!!
It was like a car system at your fingertips!!
I couldn't really tell if the speakers were rattling...
But it would definitely wreak a whole in the mix at any gig!!
You could probably Mic it to PA system if you needed..
Ive always been able to get a great mic on a bass amp!!

I really wish Hartke would have an ext speaker out on the HD508 and HD500, I absolutely loved my HD500 but ended up getting rid of it as I need the option to use an extension cab with gigs that have no FOH support.
If Hartke ever makes an HD500 with a Speak-on or 1/4 speaker output I’ll repurchase it in a heartbeat !!!!

Not sure why you didn't build it with capabilities for an extension cabinet. Just think of all the 4X8 cabinets you could've sold to compliment the 508. I may have been the only one, but I would've bought one. I am sure the 508 will do anything and everything I will ever need, but....

And another BASS video done 100% WRONG. Considering most people are listening on a phone which all have limited bass response. You should try mixing the music accordingly. All I can here is. Snare, cymbals, keys and maybe once per measure A SINGLE BASS NOTE.
Yes I could go dig for a speaker or headphones. But should anyone have to?. You're selling a BASS AMP right? Maybe make the BASS AMP the most predominant sound?
