In this video, I show you how to reverse bay park using the 45 degree method. It is actually a really easy way to reverse park a car into a spot, and makes use of your driving estimation skills. There are ways to do this using a formulaic approach, but I prefer to teach people how to reverse park their car into a spot using estimation as it will be a more universal skill. When you learn how to estimate when parking, you can apply that skill to any car fitting into any spot.

Not happy with your video I find you don't show very well the parking area and where you line up your vehicle. From your video I still don't have a clue how to go about it
