Either everyone can say something, or no one can. The very concept that one cannot say it because of the color of their skin is racist. Personally, I don't think anyone should use it, because it's vulgar and you're disrespecting yourself even if you are the "correct color." Why can't we respect each other, and ourselves?

The concept that there is a word that only people of a certain skin color can say is banana. There is no other word like that in any language. There are plenty of curses and slurs that are distasteful to say but nothing else like the N word.

Honestly, this is a very controversial opinion but making it so one race can say a word is racist on it's own. It is a stereotype of a race saying they can say one particular word while others can't, which is racist.
