City unveils enhancements to Rash Field Park

The Waterfront Partnership broke ground on what city leaders say is the "front step" to Baltimore, phase two of the Rash Field Park revamp. The city is receiving the rest of the $18 million facelift.

Address the crime issues and Baltimore City will have a stable tax base to support those projects. At this point, the majority of people are not willing to risk visiting. Crime is out of control.
