Yo! Mistake at 3:30 Its not -70% in scalp dht but in serum dht... careful

What a big mistake in the video!! The 70% dht reduction in the investigation is in body serum (bloodlevel) not scalp. And that’s the opposite of what you want. I have seen the original video. That’s why they recommend the lowest daily dosage of 0.091 mg a day (at the bottom). Because it still had a positive effect on hair growth, but had a 0% effect on the dht level in the blood (that means less or none side effects).

Hey ! My Doctor Recommended me (Give your Opinion)
1 ) 0.5 Mg Dutasteride tablet + Healty Hair Tablet with some biotin and other Micronutrients
2) 5% Minoxidile + Finesteride Solution
3) Laser Therapy
4) Some 2 bottles of Solution removing Dandruff

I’d advice giving the oral a trial. If you have any side effects use topical. If not use oral as it’s more effective, plus it’s more convenient

I'm sorry, but the graph showed serum DHT and not specifically scalp DHT. Is it proportional, one level to another?

Psychological adverse events associated with finasteride also included 356 reports of suicidality, including suicidal ideation, attempted suicides, and completed suicides among these patients. The associations between finasteride and adverse mental health effects were not dose dependent.

3.16 min, isnt a chart for scalp DHT its serum/ blood DHT levels. a 70% drop in blood DHT is way to high for any guy without having side effects, specially considering most guys need more than 1ml.

Wow, that little guide for making a home made topical finasteride solution was extremely interesting and helpful 👍 I wonder, is there a way to make minoxidil solution at home, by buying and mixing products?

Finasteride treatment impairs biosynthesis and function of neurosteroids, which are critical regulators of central (CNS) as well as peripheral nervous system functions and modulate a host of neurotransmitter receptors, such as gamma amino butyric acid receptors. Thus, finasteride-induced neuroendocrine disruption of biosynthesis of critical signaling molecules results in pathophysiological states, which contribute to inhibition of biochemical pathways responsible for a host of physiological functions, ranging from sexual activity, mood, and cognition. In addition, finasteride-induced epigenetic changes in gene expression, including upregulation of androgen receptors (AR), increased histone acetylation, and methylation results in undesirable biological outcomes such as impairment of dopaminergic signaling and modulation of other neurotransmitter receptors, may be the underlying mechanism causing persistent or permanent adverse effects, manifested in anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation

Hey, you misunderstood the video of Perfect Hair Health.
That Chart is not showing which percentage is the best for Hair Growth, 70% for example is the risk of Finasteride affecting the DHT Levels in your Blood.
But you only want Topical Finasteride to affect your scalp DHT Levels, which is why the safest route is at around 0.005% at 2ml, it improves your hair growth while reducing the risk of typical finasteride problems to almost 0%.

That's also why he recommends around 0.01% to 1ml, all the products that are available at the market right now are around 0.25 or even 0.3%, those would affect your systemic blood levels according to his studies.

in the "Perfect Hair Health" video he was talking about blood level DHT not scalp.

So if you’re using 0.011% concentration of topical finnastride ( which is equivalent to 7 pills in 60 mill solution), does 0.025% ( the recommended dose ) mean 14 pills mixed in a 60 mill solution ?

@Al Garrido: Thank you so much for the Video mate! Why are you stating at 3:10 min that 70% is reduced of SCALP DHT -> the Headline of the Graph clearly states Serum DHT decrease -> which is in blood, which nobody wants to have high due to the side effects.
Do I missunderstand something? Happy to hear from you!

Hi, thanks for the video. But I think your information about the percentage composition of the solution is wrong. You stated that a 0.3% solution contains 3mg per 1ml. But 3mg in 1ml is a 3% solution. That is 10 times smaller dose.

I’ve been on oral finasteride for almost 6 months and minoxidil 5+ years. Whenever I rub in the minoxidil I’m seeing 5-10 hairs on my hand after showering. No noticeable regrowth. Should I add a microdosed topical finasteride to my routine? Or wait another 6 months on oral fin?

This is giving me so much anxiety and tearing me apart.

Personal experience of 2, 5 years. Clearly balding from the front and now after consistent use of finasteride and rogain use my hair is quite full even from the front. Yeah, it took some time and my hair was fairly bad at some point when I started to use rogaine, and suffered from the shed after 3 months.

On Norwood-Hamilton (baldness scale) I was at 3 in 2021 and now between 1 and 2. It is not the same as it used to be but it is much better than only couple of years ago.

I've heard that topical dutasteride is even better in reducing scalp DHT while keeping serum levels. Because it is more potent as DHT blocker but it's molecules are bigger, so less of it get to blood
