I think what I find so amazing about this song, is not only the fact that it perfectly describes the Skaven in all of their glory (the individual plucking of the strings like individual rats, giving that creepy and decrepit feeling), and the sudden blow of the brass instruments being their vermintide surging forth. At first, it is but a few lowly slaves or clan rats, and then suddenly, hundreds if not thousands have come out from the woodworks to drown you in a sea of fur and flesh, and the song truly brings out the idea that the end is coming, and is literally charging at you. The only downside is that the only way to get this song is by getting the Complete/Special Edition of the game, on PC.

I hope they never stop making Warhammer games, its by the far the best Fantasy games out there right now I guess depending on your style of fantasy you like. I like that dark savage fantasy though, I absolutely love the lore as well.

i wish they could incorporate some of this soundtrack to the Skaven tracks we'll get with Warhammer II Total War. This soundtrack pushes all the buttons for Skaven correctly. =^v^=

When you have built your whole campaign of urban mystery/intrigue D&D leading up to the appearance of ratkin that are overtaking the underbelly of the city and Vermintide is your prime inspiration for how well it's going to go.

I love the approach they've taken for this adaptation to a video game, has a real LOTR feel (probably a bit darker and gorier though). I wish Total War: Warhammer had this Aesthetic too.
