I am waiting to see your moving process and hearing your views on all the experiences.
I like DAC, I'm not sure I like all of the recent activities however. I think they need to work on all the things that are out of stock before going in all these different directions.

Hi Daphne! I really like Art & Soul’s drills and canvases. I am a Hannah Lynn fan, but I’m working on an owl from them and love how it’s turning out. I highly recommend the company! I have completed one from Francesca’s and enjoyed that one as well. Good luck with completing your canvas by Saturday!

I fell in love with an image from YLJ and found the level of customer service to be just excellent. I've never received such personal attention from a company. That means a lot to me.

I agree with your thoughts on DAC, they are great quality and the price is what it is. If I’m going to buy a kit for that amount it needs to be a special one (must have) and I have not been seeing anything that appeals to me. Then on the flip side working on lower priced kits has a frustration level when I get drills that are not as nice. The struggle hahaha 😂 have a great week!!!! Hang in there with the move… all things seem to always work out somehow. 🥰

100% agree with your assessment of DAC cheapening out. I think they are losing business to temu. Look how many channels are doing temu unbaggings. Dozens of them. Not everyone wants to spend $75 on a ginormous kit when you can get 10 kits for the same price and see your kits finished in no time. (I’ve never bought from temu-never will)
The DAC bogo50 sale ends tonight and I just can’t find 2 that I want to buy that badly. Most of my wish list is sold out. Sigh. Have you tried a kit from Ever Moment? Pretty nice quality but I’m not sure about licensing.

100% with you on DAC. I hate it when a premium companies do this. Hannah Lynn, I don’t get it. I do have cat lady in the stash but that’s it. I don’t do people often, I do like some landscapes, I’m just particular I guess. Great video. Oh yeh would love to see videos pre and post move!

I just finished a huge diamond arts us hero square painting. It turned out beautiful. Wish I could share a Pic. I just started a senterwan from temu. I'm kind of happy with it lot cheaper then Diamond art.

I would be very interested if you were to journal your move. My husband and I have loosely discussed becoming ex-pats once he retires. Our problem is the grandchildren and not wanting to be absent grandparents. It sounds as if you’re moving to Quebec. There are still people there that only speak French . Then there are some who pretend they’re only French speaking, but from what I’ve heard from others that may not be as prevalent as it used to be. I live 30 minutes from the Canadian border in northern NY, and it’s been probably 30+ years since I’ve been anywhere in Quebec.

I’ve completed a diamond painting from Art and Soul, not a Hannah Lynn 😂. It was amazing I chose square and I highly recommend them. They also let you choose if you want abs or the fairy dust drills ( I can’t remember what they call them) and it’s included in the price. Also we moved 3 years ago, I live in KS, and I was able to cancel all utilities online. The water/trash the people who bought our house had already switched it over before I could shut it off.

Thanks for mentioning your thoughts about Diamond Art Club metal multiplacer tips being off count. I’m frustrated that my purchase of a 5 and a 6 placer pick up more drills and have gone back to my plastic tips until I reorient my brain for them. I’ve also had the same thoughts about Diamond Art Club copying other companies products like Paint Gems, coasters, etc which is a smart business move but it does give me sad feelings for smaller companies.

I am working on my first Randall Spangler Mystery DP! It’s a Fantasy - Whimsical one which came out recently. LOVING IT! I love the surprise of trying to figure out what things are. I think I have another Mystery of his which is a winter scene…

You're not alone on being critical about DAC's new expansion of goods. In particular, the most recent mini-easles really struck me as a "why does this exist?"

To each their own, I personally just wish DAC would release more medium-sized paintings. 40×50 is my comfort size, and there are so few paintings that size! I get that they have an Amazon storefront, but as a European crafter I'm not about to use that one, ever.

In the end, it's not the end of the world. Other stores always exist to make up for what's lacking in one. I personally love Bella Art De Nicole paintings for their sizepoints and JadedGemShop for having themes and artpieces that I love and adore.

Good Morning. I absolutley agree with your comments about DAC. I personally think they need to stick with what they do best. I havent purchased anything from the New releases in weeks. Again, I think DAC does some awesome DP but here latley nothing says BUY Me! Have a great week!
