If I could just stop eating bagels and ice cream I could lose weight 🤣😂
Since we were in quarantine I’ve had a bagel for breakfast. I never ate carbs! I love them now. It’s not okay! I have to try something so I can lose it before my son’s wedding on January 1st 2023
I definitely drink a lot of water. At least I have that going, I never ate breakfast until I had to start taking medication and vitamins all day. I only ate a late lunch and a light dinner if at all. Being on disability and home all the time change my eating habits.

Loved these tips, thank you. I never thought to ask for a takeout box at the beginning of the meal. That’s brilliant! QUESTION: I started two days ago with my first weigh-in on Monday. Hi Marlene, I am trying to get back on WW and thought I’d try YouTube for inspiration and that’s how I came across your channel. I love your tip for really watching on Tuesday and Wednesday. I also weigh in on Thursdays. After seeing your video I realized I need to drink more water. I definitely think for me planning is key. I’ll check out your beauty channels too. You look so good! I can really see a difference from when you first posted about this last year. Great tips, I think I could follow all of them except the water because I have a fluid restriction due to electrolyte imbalance. Are the same plans, blue etc. still available? I’ve seen ads about personal points plans and it sounded like they have changed the program.
