Scooby's licking is dubbed as well
Shaggy Chick's voice is more femmine sounding
Buff Shaggy's transformation has more grunts
Buff Shaggy grunts more when he flexes
The transformation back to normal has very weird sounding noises

Fun fact: In the Russian Dubbing, the actor who voiced Scooby Doo, Alexei Kolgan is also the voice of Shrek, Carl Denham in King Kong 2005 and Vernon Dursley, while the actor who voiced Shaggy also voiced Sam in the Lord of the Rings, Jackie Chan in most of his movies and Eddie from Ice Age
