ΗΠΑ για ΤΟΥΡΚΙΑ | Πραγματικός ο κίνδυνος επιβολής κυρώσεων για τους S-400 - (31.10.2020)[Eng subs]

Σύμφωνα με δημοσιεύματα σε ελληνικά μέσα ενημέρωσης, και με πληροφορίες από το ΑΠΕ και AFP ο υπεύθυνος Αμυντικών Θεμάτων του υπουργείου Εξωτερικών των ΗΠΑ, Κλαρκ Κούπερ, δήλωσε ότι ο κίνδυνος οι ΗΠΑ να επιβάλουν κυρώσεις σε βάρος της Τουρκίας για τη χρήση του συστήματος των ρωσικών πυραύλων S-400 είναι «πολύ πραγματικός».
Συγκεκριμένα ο Κλαρκ Κούπερ είπε τα εξής:
«Συνεχίζουν να θέλουν τους S-400»
«Οι κυρώσεις φυσικά εξετάζονται»
«Έχουμε ξεκάθαρα πει στην Άγκυρα ότι το να δοκιμάσει τους S-400 θα ήταν απολύτως απαράδεκτο»
«Σήμερα, οι προσπάθειες συνεχίζονται για να πεισθεί η Τουρκία να μην καταστήσει λειτουργικούς τους S-400»
«Αφήστε τους στην άκρη, απενεργοποιήστε τους. Όμως, μην τους ενσωματώσετε για να τους κάνετε λειτουργικούς»
«Είναι βέβαιο ότι κάνουμε τα πάντα για να διασφαλίσουμε ότι η Τουρκία θα παραμείνει στο δυτικό στρατόπεδο»
«Το να αποκλείσουμε την Τουρκία δεν θα ήταν προς το συμφέρον κανενός, εκτός της Ρωσίας»

According to Greek media reports, and with information from AMNA and AFP, the Secretary of State Clark Cooper said the risk of the United States imposing sanctions on Turkey over its use of the Russian S-400 missile system is "very real."
Specifically, Clark Cooper said the following:
"They still want the S-400"
"Sanctions are of course being considered"
"We have made it clear to Ankara that testing the S-400s would be completely unacceptable."
"Today, efforts continue to persuade Turkey not to make their S-400 operational"
"Put them aside, turn them off. But do not incorporate them to make them functional "
"We are certainly doing everything we can to ensure that Turkey stays in the Western camp."
"Excluding Turkey would not be in anyone's interest except Russia"
