Military spouse, living in Germany and feel completely lost in what to do moving forward. It was heartbreaking watching this vlog knowing what was coming. I cried for 15 straight hours when it became apparent. A new record 💙

First, I want to say I appreciate you being genuine and authentic with how you are feeling. So many of us are feeling the same way so it's nice to not feel alone when it feels like everyone around you is celebrating. I'm in Cleveland and my county is one of the only in the state that's blue. We used to be a swing state, but not anymore. And I am almost even more upset about what happened with our senate race and the gerrymandering issue. It's exhausting right now even thinking about it. Also - in 10 days I will be landing in Seoul for my first visit there and am hoping peak autumn waits for me to get there! And clearly I may need to re-think my clothing choices if it's already that cold haha!

I have noticed that many YouTube creators that are very good are introverts and some have mental health problems. I think that the fact that they can talk into a camera and not a group of people helps. I always enjoy your vlogs no matter what way you do them. I was stationed at Yongsan military base in the mid 70’s. Korea has improved so much since I was there. I agree that to take a day off and unplug from media once in a while is good for the soul.

Started watching your video and when you said ‘hopefully another month filled with love’ and I felt sad, knowing what was to come, for the USA and the world. I’m hurt and deflated, and I’m in my 60’s and live in Ireland. My heart breaks for you and so many Americans . I was shocked at the election results, but we can have months and years filled with love, despite everything. You are so good at noticing and sharing ‘little beautiful details’. We can’t ignore the bad and the ugly, but we won’t allow it to dominate our minds. Love always wins. Like vlogs filmed in Covid times, vlogs during this pandemic of hatred will be there for us to look back on, when times are better.

Social media seems to have turned into two different models, one that is loud and strokes fear and the other that is completely oblivious and unrealistic. Your vlog is so refreshing and addictive.
