That was the most entertaining EDC video I've ever seen! as a woman myself, I tried recently just to carry my keys, slim wallet and phone like you in my jeans... AND I LOVE IT!

I just cant deal with all the huge lumps and bumps from my huge phone and wallet, and dam it if my phone rings! And I equally HATE sitting on my keys. I carry a very small, brown, pleather cross body "purse" that holds the same 4 items that you carry, plus a hair tie and a pen (I hate using other peoples pens). I got the purse for free on my no buy FB group. I actually have two cross body purses. The 2nd one I purchased from a vendor on the beach in Mazatlan, Mexico. Its hand made/woven and lighter colors for spring/summer, but about the same size. I bought it in 1995 for $3 American Dollars. LOL

Ah the lure of the purse. I have certain security items I like to have close by. I also hate toting a big purse around. My solution is to have a small purse with my necessities (phone, wallet, keys chap stick) and a small zipper tote I keep in my car with the above mentioned security items (charger, meds, etc). It works really well😊

I carry a hemp passport bag. It holds my phone, a hanky, some cough drops, my meds, a slim wallet much like yours, and I hook my keys on it with a carabiner. That way I can access the lock button for my car when I am carrying large items that I seem to constantly be hauling in and out of my car.

I LOVE the tip about extending your pockets and I would totally do that if I wore jeans or slacks. I have just 12 pair of the same capri pants for summer and 12 pair of the same long yoga pants for winter. Therefore I carry a "pocket".

I travel a bit far for work so I keep a purse or bag in my car with the items I might need. I am a bit high maintenance as my husband would say. I think I just like to be prepared. My EDC is much the same though, although I should pare down my key ring after seeing yours.

Absolutely love this! I definitely need to at least scale down what I carry. I have wild crazy hair, not kidding, it’s the kind of hair that has to be brushed down ever so often it poufs up at random times😂anyway I carry my hairbrush, headache med, keys wallet, cellphone etc my purse is called “ The Pit” cause It’s easy to get lost in it! Seriously though I guess I probably could just keep some of that stuff at my work station and not have to haul it with me everywhere

Nice purse toss. I'm a bloke but I carry essentially the same stuff, with anything bigger in the car or bike. Confession: my wife, who always has a purse (handbag we call them in NZ) with her, occasionally does carry an extra item for me.

Ok, now 1:30 in: women's pants pockets: The gal that cut my hair this morning was ranting about how little women's pants' pockets were. I think sling bags/fanny packs may be coming back, for that reason!

I have a love-hate relationship with handbags. One part of my loves a vintage 1950s handbag, but it's so impractical for city life -- too easy to snatch. The other part of me rails against the systems that make it necessary for (some) women to have to carry a handbag. I like the hands-free aspect of a fanny pack, but I feel wildly unfashionable and dorky wearing it. Once it wears out, I'll opt for a small crossbody bag.
