I've gotten to nearly 48 hours on this server and it's everything I could have asked for in a vanilla experience. And the members themselves are wholesome and friendly. Not to mention that at the time of writing this comment it's super active with both old and new players.

I have been playing this server for less than a month and I genuinely think this is one of the best servers out there for people who just want a vanilla Minecraft server where they can play alongside a bunch of other players. The community is so welcoming and the things people have built are just insane!

As soon as I joined I was greeted with many welcomes, the players were very generous with the free stuff I was given, they showed me around the server and even invited me to nice town to live in.

The problem with other large servers with hundreds and hundreds of players is that it feels like your playing with just a load of strangers, but this server allows you to really connect with the other players and makes it all feel like a proper community.

11/10 server, genuinely my favourite out of the many I’ve played.

Not to mention our loveliest, most friendliest mods that helps us with any problems we’ve encountered on the server. And especially props to Chibo for tirelessly updating the server and fixing all the bugs, large or small. Just so we could have our best time on the server.
NostalgiaCraft have been the best, most chill server I’ve ever been in. It’s amazing that the community’s voices are always heard and reflected upon. Exactly what I’m looking for in a server! I’m always just trying to find a basic vanilla server that’s just regular Minecraft with more people but every one says it’s vanilla then has some land claim thing or something stupid, but here it doesn’t seem true, excited to try it out later!

looking great, sadly the servers are located pretty far from me so i have 200-300 ping, but props to the creators, i have been searching for a server like this for hours, either all are p2w, or have kits and stuff like that, but you guys are awesome, i'll try to play with the high ping

Only negative thing about the server is that there is less of a grind when playing, which takes away from the true vanilla minecraft survival feeling. I always recommend servers to not use vain miner plugins on their servers because of this.
