Arcade1up Class of ‘81 local and global leaderboards

When you start games on this cabinet, there is no option for local or online play like you see on Big Blue or MvC. So far when in a game, it only shows my local high scores and they are saved when the machine is powered off. The high score from the local game seems to be the one that is uploaded to the global leaderboard under the nickname you enter there, so it's the same nickname for any high score from your machine.

Too bad you can’t have multiple people show up on the leaderboard. Maybe all local high scores . So my wife and kids and friends can’t see their best score on the Leaderboard I guess . It would also be good if they show your best score and position along with the number of people on the leaderboard. If you are number 70 out of 5000 that’s very good but if you are number 70 out of 100 people not so good . That would be a good update . Still very cool though . As long as local leaderboards work but then if my wife gets a high score on ms Pac-Man and her initials are not entered in as the global leaderboard person is then her score will only show up on the local leaderboard I guess. I know I’m being fussy . I’m still hyped to this one !

And you can enter your initials on games that allow it like dig dug I assume and they should also save ?

I hope these leaderboards don’t get hacked . Why is the #1 score so high and #2 score is 0 ?
