I got selected for ltm mindtree samruddha scholarship and im dashboard it shows scholarship awarded but I didn't receive any amount in my bank though all my details are correct

I had applied for the jsw udan scheme in 2023 and the status is showing "payment file generated" from past 6 months but till date their is no credit of amount ...
Can anyone put some light on it.

I had applied for wagh bakri scholarship and my documents was complete they check all document also ...my status was at screening completed then I was called for interview where they asked why u want scholarship what ur family condition and all ... scholarship was for mbbs ..I am in 4th year now...and they said u can check ur status it rejected or accepted ...but my status just showing assigned for approver from many time so I contact others student who applied ...they gave scholarship according to the marks of NEET it's had been 4 year now I had given neet and if u see those got high marks in NEET will get seat in government college ...so what the of scholarship to them .... scholarship was based on family income ..there was nothing written or mentioned about neet marks ...they can give scholarship based on previous year marks ...how they gave scholarship was totally unacceptable

Is Vidyasaarthi scholarship given according to Percentage or Marks achieved ?
Because I have scored 95% and 94% in 10th and 12th.
