The first verse is literally how you feel about a person you truly love. Even if she gets you mad and you don't fully understand the process behind her thoughts, at the end of the day you're just happy that you are the one she decided to share her life with; and that's all you need to be happy.

When I was in 9th grade I used to watch this video on loop, like seriously this movie + song were my ultimate jam. A few years later I realized I still love it.

Still come back to this every now and then. Crazy to think it's been ten years since I first heard this song in 6th grade. Shit had me in my feels for no reason back in middle school, as did all of mac's music through high school. I remember watching this specific video when it was first posted, and I would always watch it. I couldn't help but get lost in the beauty of a song I listened to for so long accompanied with such great use of a film as a visual to accent the songs meaning. Brings me back and makes me feel like an emotional teen again every single time. Love it.
