What a balm of healing this song is. We are such a traumatized people. We respond and react from our point of hurting which only causes more trauma and hurt. This song is like a pause and cleanse of the soul. Knowing that we are loved, seen and appreciated is such a huge affirmation of our being and our purpose. This “randomly” played on Spotify - hits so close to home. I’m really good at owning my part of problems (and often parts that aren’t mine). I constantly feel like “too much and never enough.” We were just talking about lies we believe vs what Jesus says about us in group. I said I felt like a burden - my friends say I’m a blessing, and God says I’m a blessing.

God has made it abundantly clear lately that it’s time to own the things He says to me, not the hurtful things I’ve absorbed over the years.

I’m excited to stumble upon this song. I love worship music because I get lyrics stuck in my head that I wind up singing to myself throughout the day. Definitely holding these close to my heart! 😊

Back in January of 2016 Sarah's husband, Dom, gave a talk once that helped me fully know my vocation was to marriage. I bought two of Sarah's CDs because I was so grateful to Dom. He also was a guitarist I believe in her band. Now Sarah's music always brings me joy. I am happy to see more people getting to hear her. What a beautiful couple doing the work of God. I pray often for them and encourage everyone to do the same :)
