Everybody saying Saban was running game on RC, you're the ones Saban was telling him can't handle harsh criticism. That's why he made it to the NFL, mental fortitude.

I believe Greg Popovich did the same with Tim Duncan

That is the sign of a good coach to recognize that in a player without treating the best like they are that! We are one!

Truth, not every player can handle being coached hard. Ask timmy how many times Pop yelled at him.

He knew you were a leader, and the way you handled that made you a leader. That carried over to your NFL career.

That is actually really smart. I never thought of this before. It’s an extremely smart way to get people to respond without losing the soft ones.

This a great explanation. This is also part of the reason Brian Flores got fired. He tried to treat everyone the same and coach them all the same but again you can't coach Jerome
baker the same way you coach Tua for example. This is part of the reason their relationship deteriorated so fast.

Real leader choose the strongest men to do this to...bc they can take it.
I'm not a Steelers or a Ryan Clark FAN...but I can appreciate his story and his journey.

Had to be one of the more underrated safeties in the league during his time. It's a Shame he wasnt drafted. Glad he was able to get a ring.

I can believe it. If you have ever been a leader you would understand.
