django-admin is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file.

STEPS:
1 - python -m venv venv
2 - venv\Scripts\activate
3 - install django in virtual enve
4 - deactivate

Use virtual environment if any command shows that 'not recognized as an internal or external ' and you have to install django again in virtual enve.
