3D Printing Farm: Zortrax M200 Plus Used for Rapid Manufacturing

Creating a 3D printing farm has become much easier for our users thanks to the brand new Zortrax M200 Plus. One of the main additions to the 3D printer is Wi-Fi connectivity which allows a much easier set up and a more streamlined production line.

Every model can now be digitally sent to one or more 3D printers. For larger models it means that it can be sliced and the parts can be printed simultaneously in order to create a finished product without any waste of time. And smaller models can be 3D printed on many Zortrax M200 Plus printers to obtain many duplicates or variations of the same design, creating an efficient manufacturing line.

Such 3D printing farms also allow designers to work on many projects at any given time without the need of checking back on the progress thanks to an integrated camera inside the printing chamber. The camera gives you a live feed so you can stop and pause the process from your computer screen.

very nice vidéo ! I own a Zortrax M200 since 4 years and am very happy and satisfied with it! very sturdy, stable and reliable!!
(i am a 3D CAD Designer and could concept and build some nice and functionnal pieces, with the help of this machine!
Conerning your video, however i would have 2 or 3 remarks:
1) I think that you must allow a bit more space beetween each machine (left and right) because of the need sometimes to get on the side of the machine, remove a panel to be able to easily remove the printed parts.... i don't think that's very convenient if your are really printing all day..
2) the 4th stack is too high (how could you remove your printed objects correctly?) 3 stacks were good ....;
3) I think you should allow a bit more space for the high between each stack (there must be in my way no tension for the curve of the cable who feed the machine..)
4) think about the maintenance and the practical side (even you are in an industrial way of thinking, apparently...)
But in the end: thank you for all your great machines you are providing and your hard work to design and manufacture it!!

Kupiłem m200 plus, nie powiem po paru Chińczykach jest wielkie wow pod każdym względem ale... spodziewałem się naklejki „made in poland” a nie prc. I tutaj powiem szczerze wielki, wielki zawód. Wiec jestem ciekaw co tam drukujecie na tej farmie? Czyżby farma była w Chinach? ;-)

Hi there I have designed a pro type and if it’s at 3d Pinter stage. So if worth’s is could then it’s deed in the watcher because of the industry machines need and work people. We’re as the 3d prints can do the same job perfectly every time but how would you connect multi printers to run exactly the same time every times 🤔🙈

So what's the point of having a Wi-Fi card on the first m200, I have one where it marked it have WiFi feature and there is no way to enable it, so what's new except the camera ???

Zortrax is still the very best printer, I have owned 4 others than don't compare at all
