Totally agree with 50 on mute. Mute is insane. He has the SMG-11 shotty, and MP5K, and an amazing gadget. A tip from me is to be smart with the jammer placements. Try to make them in a spot that can’t get shot out. You could try something super technical, by placing it in the middle of the hallway, wait super close to it, and when you hear someone shoot it, you automatically sweep the hallway and shoot them. That’s worked a couple of times, but it’s super difficult, and only works 30% of the time.

An operator that was my main when is was a beginner was Kapkan. His gadget is really simple, and his gun had really low recoil, and the best part is if you die, you're still usefull for the team.

Attack: IQ (really solid guns and has a gadget that doesn't take map knowledge to use)
Defence: Rook (armor plates is all he has to put out, plus good way to learn anchoring)
Kapkan (all the person needs to learn is which way to place the traps so it doesn't get shot from an angle)

As a diamond player that plays unranked to warm up I can say, the lower ranks can't control recoil basically guaranteeing them a headshot, and higher ranks 90% of players use mnk. But that 10% definitely can hit headshots and majority of the time do

Kapkan is also quite easy and can give some clues about attackers position and stuffs like that so you can learn the game better. I’ d say that zofia is not that easy tbh, you have to know when to use frags/stuns, how to bait with those and how to check rooms using stun granade explosion!
