As a former real estate agent, I do find these prices to be a bit expensive for the square footage. I think because it’s Jamaica, you can’t really rely on other comps in the area. So these developers can price their homes for whatever in other to gain maximum return on their investments. But I guess if the area is a desired location, then you can justify the price. It the same thing in NYC.

Keedra nice concrete houses to withstand the hurricanes, and storms that always come to Jamaica. I like the scenery over looking the sea. It's nice and airy, and not far from the Airport. Keep Up The Good Job. Blessings.

I love this house, I love that the fridge fit inside the kitchen and that there is two bathrooms. Wow I wouldn't have to do anything with this home apart from planting couple fruit tress to the back.

Thanks for sharing. I must admit that imagination for modernity is rare in this property. It would be easy to see that this property represents every housing development I’ve seen in Jamaica except one. Therefore, aside from the location the backyard, cameras, air conditioners and the laundry room are the selling points. It’s not worth the price in my opinion. A more accurate price would be $150k US. Also, it’s only a two bedroom shell/house.

I appreciate your videos. I will say for this price I would like to see a 3 bedroom and also the developments need variety, even it’s a just a range of different colors on the outside. Every house is exactly the same, not the best in terms of a selling point.

These houses are excellent to use as Airbnb. The location is basically next door to Gran Palladium, so guests can simply buy a day pass to same while sleeping in a very comfortable room
