? So after you find a realtor is selling it do you just call the realtor and ask if they will sell at a discount and still do a P&SA and then Go to a buyer and sell? Wouldnt realtor stop that or want too much of the cut

bro your tech stack is too slow and out dated.. i use above + TaskMagic + AirTable + Synthflow + GHL + CloseBot = Motivated Seller asking How much is your offer, 50% acceptance, I do 70 cents - reparis then I use GHL to sign document and close, then I use Round Robin to auction off the property. I don't have to talk to seller. Go figure it out. The best part. I do everthing under Trust, by pass any and ALL b.s. regulations. Avg wholesale is $75k.
