A Drive through English Countryside, Lincoln to Skegness 4K

No talking, just driving. Exploring the English Countryside. This time we are driving through the Lincolnshire Wolds. Starting at the City of Lincoln we drive past the Lincoln Cathedral before heading past Horncastle and onto Skegness. A lovely quiet drive. Do enjoy :)

I use the free version of Davinci Resolve 16 to do some really basic editing. Mainly making sure the sky isn't over exposed. It's from Camera straight to YouTube. No cuts, no fancy business, no talking, just walking.

This Texas girl so envies y'all in Britain with so many stunningly beautiful things and so much open land to hike on. Everything here is fenced and people wouldn't wver consider letting others "trespass" to go on a beautiful hike. 😢 and the drives you can take over there are beyond picturesque!

Truly magnificent, sad that the spire of Lincoln Cathedral was not shown, nor the local soccer club’s stadium. Perhaps a little more effort could have been put into driving across the sand at Skegness such that the sea might be seen, though one has to admit that this may have added another five minutes to the video. I do remember how bracing it was, indeed that was their advertising slogan, with a fat fisherman to tell us so. Not that we wanted to be told that, there were enough Macintoshed males having a whale of a time playing put put golf, whilst their children rode the donkeys. As for my teenage years might I ask, what has happened to that great architectural feature of Skegness the big dipper? Interesting that the Northern Territory Government, of Australia has chosen to advertise in the middle of this video. I think that might say something, but alas I’m lost for words.
