Honestly, the rewards would’ve been fine if we would’ve gotten a preview of the genshin serie. The problem is that we didn’t and that the rewards are worst than precedents years. But tbh, the rewards are smaller than when we got the fates from archons quest

I think it’s fine too. Honestly it boggles my mind HoYo gives free primogems for maintenance.
I know it’s them being like “oh sorry you can’t play at this time- here’s to make it up”
But like what- do some people who continuously play genshin ever think- “ah damn 3 hour maintenance…. Ooof time to drop the game”

The issue is that every other team gives better anniversary rewards. I play other college games I get free five stars/S ranks even fire emblem heroes gives better anniversary rewards. For example, it’s not even our anniversary yet and we get more rewards in Honkai star rail. It’s not a fact about low anniversary rewards. It’s about the fact that it’s low in comparison to everyone else’s. It’s below average anniversary comes around once a year we sink a lot of time into the game we want a large bonus to make us feel old we don’t wanna play or we haven’t played in a while. Oh, they anniversary rewards a good login to get them and it might bring players back. This is the reason players are quitting because they’re stingy

Exactly, the rewards are fine. We even got a cute pet and toy along with it, and it saved me $50 that I don't have otherwise😭 People have got to chill, it's just a game at the end of the day...😔

People aren't happy with the rewards bc they feel like the lunar new year is way better due to garunteed free characters and 10 pull.
Personally i wish they did little mini events for the anniversary rewards rather than just sending in mail for things like the pets and bubble gun

I jumped back into the game a week or two ago and just missed the event.
But 1600 primos from an event sounds pretty good to me.
Although I'd rather see some limited time cosmetics like a glider or a profile banner or smth of the sort, it gives me something to remember instead of a few pulls.
